Graduate Lisa Vargas, who earned an Associate degree in Business Administration in 2006, returned to CW as an Alumni Ambassador last month. Currently serving as the Senior Training and Development Coordinator at Church Pension Group in Manhattan, Lisa spoke with Stacy Larson’s Human Resources Management class about her job function, an overview of what Training and Development encompasses, e-learning, wellness, community outreach, diversity and development, and onboarding.
