The library has a Meebo chat box which is located on the homepage (http://library.cw.edu/). There is no sign up required; just type your question into the bottom half of the “Ask CW Library” box. After you have finished typing, press enter and your question will appear in the upper portion of the box. If the status says, “CW Librarian is online,” a librarian will get back to you immediately. If the status is offline, you can still send your question. Just remember to leave an email address where you can be reached. You should expect to receive a response as soon as possible or within twenty-four hours.
