Professor Clarizio Completes Masters & Receives Award

Congratulations to Prof. Michael Clarizio who has earned a Master of Arts Degree from Excelsior College. Prof. Clarizio is also the recipient of the Joshua L. Smith Award which is presented to a graduate student “who demonstrated outstanding achievement and has a career focus in education.”

Prof. Clarizio has taught full-time at CW since 2005 and has participated in the development of a project-based curriculum to prepare students for successful careers in business. Michael teaches a wide range of courses in business and mathematics, including Business Ventures, Marketing, Management, and Statistics. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and participates on several college committees to promote opportunities for Veterans and to improve learning outcomes and assessment strategies in courses.
