Red Day Successfully Makes its Mark at CW

The Honors Program held their first Red Day event today in the Student Center. Aside from helping to raise money towards the Gulf oil spill, the event also served a purpose of uniting people together; and with all of the activities happening at the same time, it certainly achieved this.

Some of the activities included t-shirt designing, a bake sale, hannah tattoos, face painting, gift card raffles, and much more. A choreographed step routine was even performed by CW's very own "Just Dance" Club.

The Honors Program raised over $280, as all donations will be sent to several charities such as Oceana and the National Wildlife Federation.

Congratulations to all involved in this successful and enjoyable event, especially to the Honors Program!
