
This year, CW has nominated Carolyn, an Accounting major and Barah, a Medical Assisting major, to the All-USA Academic Team. This award is sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa for 2 year colleges
Twenty students will be selected to the national team, each receiving a $2,500 stipend and medallion. These students will be featured in the USA TODAY newspaper and presented at Phi Theta Kappa's Presidents Breakfast held during the Annual Convention of the American Association of Community Colleges Convention (AACC) April 11, 2011, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
