Congratulations to Sean Capossela who has been promoted to the role of Director of IT Operations. The IT Department’s Operations Group is responsible for keeping CW’s network infrastructure, computer equipment, centralized communications systems, and support services functioning at a high level, and for procuring and delivering new systems and services through successful project implementations.
Since joining CW full time in October of 2009, Sean has worked closely with the Operations Group staff to achieve many important goals and continuously raise the bar in terms of service excellence, systems availability, and project management success.
