Students Get Real-Life Talk from Alum

Serving as an Alumni Ambassador, CW graduate Esperanza Cruz visited Noel D’Allacco’s Business Ettiquette class recently. Having earned her Associate degree in Business Administration in 1998 and her BBA last April, Espy spoke with the students about how they will soon experience a significant transition – either into the BBA program or the workforce – and the importance of taking responsibility for their current educational experiences. The students explored their strengths and weaknesses in time management, writing papers, and self-motivation and Espy emphasized the significance of preparing to meet the challenges of the next stage in their lives, both academically and professionally.
