Congratulations to Day Student of Semester, Louis Procaccini

Louis is a BBA in Business student who started at CW in 2003 in the Multimedia Development & Management program. After earning his Associate’s degree at CW, Louis started his Web Design Company, Incision Network, and worked in Membership Sales at New York Sports Club while he built his business. When Louis decided to return to CW to pursue his Bachelor’s in February 2013, he returned to the Adult Division taking evening classes, where he earned President’s List honors before transferring to the Day Division in September. Louis currently has a perfect 4.0 GPA and has earned President’s List recognition once again. When Louis isn’t in class he is an avid boxer, sparring five to six times a week.

When asked to share some personal motivations for his success, Louis did not hesitate to talk about his nephew and godson, Jack, who was born in August 2010 and for whom Louis hopes to be a role model as he grows up. Louis would also like to extend his gratitude to Vice President, Mary Beth Del Balzo, who recruited him originally almost 10 years ago, as well as Dr. Stacy Larson and Associate Dean Paul Gugliemella, both who have supported him academically. Louis’ next goal is to achieve perfect attendance and be eligible for the Honor’s Research Seminar in his last semester.
