CW Celebrates Women's History Month

Several classes and a number of faculty and staff attended CW’s Women’s History Month commemoration in the Student Center recently.  Entitled “From Business to Athletics: What It Takes to Succeed,” the event offered advice from two professional women who have had significant achievements in their fields.  Beverly Tramontelli, current President of the CW Charitable Foundation and retired Senior Vice President in the insurance field, and Jennifer Santiago, Bantam Weight Boxing Champion, impressed both women and men with their perspectives on gender equality, facing obstacles with perseverance and poise, and carefully balancing the professional and the personal.
