College of Westchester Named as Semi-Finalist for Freedom Award!

3 New York Employers, including the College of Westchester, were recently named semi-finalists for the 2009 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award. This award is the highest honor the US government gives to employers for their exceptional support of their employees serving in the Guard and Reserve.

The award is especially significant because only members of the National Guard and Reserve or their families can nominate employers for this award.
