Veronica Hard and Analia Correa, two Honors program students, organized this book drive and have been working with WorldwideBooks.org. Thanks to Veronica and Analia for their dedication, and to the CW Community, approximately 1,000 books were donated!
Nearly 800 million people in the world are illiterate and WorldwideBooks.org collects new and used books of all types to bring books to thousands of the world's poor. Over 350,000 textbooks have been donated to Africa and over 150,000 books have been sent to underprivileged youths in the US.
