Noel D' Allacco Speaks to Ms. Sinopoli's Oral Communications Class

On Monday, December 13, Noel D’Allacco spoke to Ms. Sinopoli’s Oral Communications class about her not-for-profit organization, Operation PROM. Noel informed the class about how her idea to assist high school girls with affording a beautiful prom dress blossomed. During its inception, Operation PROM provided approximately 15 dresses to high schools girls, but in this past year alone, over 1200 dresses were distributed to girls throughout Westchester, Bronx, and Manhattan. In addition, Noel spoke to the class about how effective verbal communication skills have enabled her to promote fundraisers; acquire new sponsors, such as Maybelline; and expand Operation PROM to new chapters in Atlanta, Georgia.
