Recently, members of the (Not Just) Poetry and Full Focus Photography clubs had the opportunity to explore some technology at the Microsoft Store in White Plains. Students worked with Windows 8 and some of the apps for working and playing with photographs. Using the Surface ® and some photo apps, the students got to try out some basic storytelling ideas with pictures and software. Probably rated the most cool thing of the day – the 3D printer as it spun some Halloween pumpkins.
